1. ride is a bit longer than usual
2. a good front light or headlamp is huge, for there will be REAL darkness!
3. ride is mostly flat, with way more downhill than up. **there are 3 uphill stretches that some will maybe moan about – but all are SHORT, and worth the effort.** AND – lots of fun downhill!
last thing: there’s a parking lot half a block east of caldera where people can gather before the ride.
